The house offers an apartment on the ground floor with terrace and another apartment on the first floor with a large balcony. In a quiet and central location close to the forest with a beautiful view of the lake and the magnificent mountain panorama, both the lake and the village centre are in close walking distance.

Holiday Home at Lake Ossiach – Nature, Tranquility & Culture Our holiday home, built in 2003, is situated on a spacious 2,000 m² lakeside property directly next to Lake Ossiach. Only a small private house is located next door, otherwise you enjoy peace, nature and plenty of space. A short meadow path (200 steps) leads you to the idyllic natural lakeshore with a wide bathing jetty, boat mooring and a 600 m² sunbathing lawn equipped with deckchairs and a small hut. The house is surrounded by fields and forest – with a bit of luck you may spot rare birds such as the golden oriole or kingfisher. The centre of Ossiach is just 2 km away (about a 20‑minute walk), and the shopping town of Feldkirchen is 8 km away. Fishing permits and bicycle rental are available nearby. Nature & Surroundings Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby Bleistätter Moor, a beautifully restored wetland nature reserve with boardwalks, viewing platforms and diverse wildlife. It is ideal for walks, birdwatching and peaceful moments in the heart of nature. The proximity to the concert venue allows for relaxed evening walks to the performances, making our house an ideal base for guests who appreciate culture.
