All rooms have shower/WC, central heating, refrigerator, satellite TV, television, radio, and room safe. In addition, each room has its own balcony with lighting and a wonderful view. There is a large private parking lot by the house.

Beautiful large and quiet bathing beach about 50 m directly below our house with changing cabins, WC, shower facility, surfboard, and boat landing area on the lake. Our guests have free access to the house's loungers at the
bathing beach. Experience and enjoy the natural beauties of the east bay of Lake Ossiach in a quiet and soothing environment, where you can unwind and feel at home.
