Wheelchair tour with strong drive (Swiss Trac).  Forest path mostly well rollable, difficulties: partially rough ground, stream crossing (depending on water level). Bridge not usable with a towing device. Rain gutters. Beautiful hike from the Eng via the forest path to the Plumsjoch cabin. Great views of the mighty rock walls of the Karwendel.

Wheelchair tour without extra drive up to the Engalmen.  From the Alpengasthof paved path (1 km), moderately uphill. From the Engalmen further to the Enger Grund, moderate to strong pulling assistance is necessary. The Große Ahornboden is a natural monument in the Karwendel with old mountain maple stocks, embedded in an impressive mountain landscape.

Great stage over the Plumsjoch, down to Lake Achensee and further into the Inn Valley, then a short climb to Weerberg. The climb to Plumsjoch is mostly manageable alone for handbikers. Occasionally, pushing support is needed, especially between Plumsjoch Hut and Plumsjoch. Also, a stream must be crossed (= driven through). The descent to Lake Achensee is extremely steep, rocky, and marked by water ruts, making it very dangerous. Handbikers must be careful not to tip sideways here, especially in the curves. From Lake Achensee onwards, the route is safe on asphalt roads and bike paths.
