Tour Brandenburg is the longest signposted regional cycling route in Germany, stretching for an impressive 1,111 kilometres. The section from Cottbus to Eberswalde covers around 250 kilometres through eastern Brandenburg and showcases the region's diverse landscapes of lakes, forests, quiet towns and protected natural areas. Most of the route follows dedicated cycle paths and low-traffic roads, making it comfortable and enjoyable for touring cyclists. It is a journey defined by nature, space and tranquillity rather than by major tourist hotspots.
