Accessible holidays in Amlach

The first stage leads constantly downhill through the Hochpustertal from Toblach to Amlach near Lienz close to the Drau. The Drau is still small here. The landscape is breathtaking. Rugged rocks of the Lienz Dolomites and lush meadows shape the scenery.

A handbike route on the Drau Cycle Path with detours to the Carinthian lakes is described as 7 individual stages. From Toblach to Klopeiner See. The route through the Puster Valley and Carinthia is scenically beautiful, often directly along the Drau, surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery, blooming meadows, forests, idyllic villages, castles, and palaces.

The small, just under 2km long walk was the end of a hiking day in Carinthia and East Tyrol.
