    Ein aussichtsreicher Weg mit zwei Höhepunkten. Die Meurasteine sind schon spektakulär für die hiesige Gegend. Und die fjordarige Ansicht des Stausees freut des Wanderers Auge. Die Brücke ist repariert, man kann jetzt gefarhlos den Fluss überqueren. Der Abstieg von den Meurasteinen herab ist nicht für Kinder.

    Wir sind die Route gewandert bei herrlichem Sonnenschein! Es war sehr schön. Schade nur, dass der Gasthof nicht mehr im Betrieb ist. Es ist Selbstversorgung angesagt. Wichtig zu wissen. Es ist Anfang August und Steinach ist fern vom Tourismus. Wir hatten den Weg fast für uns allein.

    Wir (68und62) sind die Tour gestern bei hervorragendem Wanderwetter gegangen und wunderten uns über die nicht vorhandenen Wanderer. Als wir dann den Zickzackpfad hinabstiegen wussten wir warum 😄. Es ist ab da eine wirklich anspruchsvolle Tour für etwas geübtere Wanderer und genau das macht sie einfach wunderbar!

    Gut ausgebauter Radweg, leider sieht man ab Eisfeld wenig von der Werra, der Radweg verläuft am Hügelzug und nicht am Fluss. Dieser Track hier ist aktuell (Juni 26) und folgt der Beschilderung vor Ort - im Gegensatz zu dem Track den ich heruntergeladen hatte (Neuausbau, veränderte Routenführung)

    Es ging schon ein paar Höhemmeter bergauf, jedoch war der single-track so interessant, abgeschieden und einfach nur schön, dass das gar nicht auffiel. Die fehlenden Bäume auf der Höhe sorgten für Ausblicke, der Forstweg ist etwas suboptimal. Alles in allem eine Tour, die ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehle.

    Es war für uns ein tolles Erlebnis mit einer schönen Aussicht in das Schwarzatal. Wir hatten eine sehr gute und interessante Führung durch das Zeughaus. Leider war das Schloss selber geschlossen. Bei einem passenden Termin holen wir dass aber noch nach. Sehr interessant war auch zu Erfahren dass unsere Demokratie auch hier mit gegründet wurde. Ein lecker Eis gab es nach dem Besuch auch noch ganz in der Nähe zur Belohnung.
