❄ Winter season: December - April Zermatt in winter is pure magic. The village and the surrounding mountains are wrapped in a white cloak, and in the evening the twinkling lights create a warm, cosy atmosphere. The Zermatt - Matterhorn destination is also blessed with sunshine, and the days get longer and longer as the season progresses.
