    Schöne Tour mit viel Naturstrassen und auch Singletrails. Sehr abwechslungsreiche Umgebung und Aussichten. Ich bin ab dem Camping Viva (Rueras) gestartet. Die Streckenlänge beträgt entgegen den Angaben auf Outdooractiv 28 Km hin und zurück. Die Höhenmeterangaben sind korrekt.

    Wir haben den ersten Teil der Tour unternommen und sind von Sedrun zur Alp Pazzalo und über die Hängebrücke nach Disentis abgestiegen. Technisch einfache Tour, die aber mit 18km sehr lang ist. Führt anfangs auf einer Waldstrasse, später dann zur herrlich gelegenen Alp Pazzola hoch. Auf dem gleichen Weg zurück und langer Abstieg nach Disentis (am Ende ohne Schneeschuhe).     Es gab keine Weg Sperrung auf dem Vier Quellen Weg. Die Strecke war problemlos machbar. Nur beim Abstieg vom Nufenenpass nach Ulrichen ist die Wegführung geändert.

    Im Flyer der Disentis Tourismus Information ist die Tour als S3 angegeben, das ist sicher realistischer. Der Aufstieg zum Piz Plaun Grond (Bostg) sind nur 200m aber es ist trotzdem recht anstrengend. Vielleicht liegt es aber auch daran, dass ich mit Anfang 50 nicht mehr der Jüngste bin. Die Abfahrt vom Piz Plaun Grond ist einer der besten Trails die ich je gemacht habe - hängt natürlich vom individuellen Fahrkönnen ab. Bei der Alp Mises dil Bostg folgt man besser dem Wegweiser anstatt dem GPX-Track. Der GPX-Track führt einfach nur über die Wiese.
