    Schöne und abwechslungsreiche Tour mit ein paar schönen Single Trails. Die Städte Aarau und Olten bieten zudem weitere Abwechslung und gute Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Ganz vereinzelt sind die Wege ziemlich zugewachsen bzw. lange Hosen als Schutz vor den Sträuchern wären nützlich. Der Weg von Olten zurück nach Aarau geht vorwiegend dem Wanderweg entlang. An einem Wochenende mit vielen Spaziergängern und Wanderern eher nicht zu empfehlen.

    Kaum raus aus Olten befindet man sich draussen in der Natur. Der Wanderweg führt den auf der ganzen Strecke renaturierten Nebenflüssen der Aare entlang. Natur zum erleben. Auf- Abstieg bemerkt man nicht. Sehenswert sind die Fischtreppen bei den Stauwehren. Die wunderschön angelegte Parkanlage beim Bally-Museum in Schönenwerd. Immer wieder Plätze an denen sich ein Halt lohnt. Erstaunlich wenige Wanderer und Spaziergänger befanden sich an diesem sonnigen Samstag auf dem Weg.
