    Wir sind mit dem Postauto auf den Grimselpass gefahren und haben von dort aus die Wanderung gestartet. Zuerst geht es relativ sanft hoch, mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die umliegenden Seen. Der Aufstieg auf das Sidelhorn selbst ist etwas anstrengend, weil es aus Geröll besteht und der Weg nicht immer so klar ist. Dafür wird man oben mit wunderschöner 360 Grad Aussicht belohnt. Genial! Zurück zum Grimselpass führen verschiedene Wege, teils auch nicht so klar ausgeschildert. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

    Eine wunderbare Etappe. Am Anfang gemütlich der Reuss entlang und dann nach Amsteg geht es langsam hinauf bis Gurtnellen. Ab da kommt das Dessert zum Schluss bis Andermatt.

    Die Wanderung rund um den Gelmersee ist wunderschön mit vielen tollen Ausblicken. Allerdings sollte diese Tour nicht als leicht gekennzeichnet werden. Gute Trekkingschuhe, Trittsicherheit und Schwindelfreiheit sollten unbedingt vorhanden sein.

    Bin die Tour mit meiner Frau und einem Kollegen nach vorgegebener Route gefahren. Der Aufstieg über die Forststrasse war sehr sehenswert und ruhig. Im oberen Teil mit ca. 15% etwas anstrengend, aber alles gut fahrbar. Nach erreichter Anhöhe führt die Höhenstrasse über die Alp Unnerbodme abwärts bis Höhe 2034. Von dort führt ein knackiger Trail durch ein kleines Hochmoor hinauf bis Höhe 2102. Weiter auf gut fahrbarer Bergstrasse und später auf Trails erreichen wir den Grimselpass. Vom Pass führt eine Teerstrasse bis zum Oberaarsee. Bei der Abzweigung Richtung Bäregg ist eine Tragepassage von 50 Hm. bis auf Höhe 2433. Mit prächtiger Aussicht auf den Oberaarsee führt die Route weiter zum Triebtenseewli und wieder zurück zum Grimselpass. Nach einer rasanten Abfahrt über die Passtrasse erreichen wir in kurzer Zeit Obergesteln. Wir waren alle begeistert von dieser aussichtsreichen Tour.

    Ich war und bin fasziniert ob der Vielfalt am und rund um den Gelmersee! Das beginnt "unten" mit der phantastischen Handeckfallbrücke, geht weiter mit der prickelnden Openair-Fahrt mit der Gelmerbahn und endet "oben" am Gelmersee, dessen Türkisgrün und Blau einfach faszinierend sind. Und man könnte noch weiter wandern zur Gelmerhütte, was wir aber nicht gemacht haben. Selten eine so vielseitige Landschaft gesehen!
