    Bis zum Startpunkt haben wir die Busverbindungen benutzt, wie hier beschrieben. Von der beschriebenen Ausflugswirtschaft Asador Mendipe sind wir zu Fuß wieder bis in die Innenstadt zurückgelaufen. Das ging ganz gut, weil es nur bergabwärts ging. Die Ausflugswirtschaft Asador Mendipe ist ein einfacher Biergarten, wo die Essensauswahl stark beschränkt ist. Wie beschrieben, sind die Wege abwärts sehr lehmig und rutschig. Als wir im Oktober da waren, hatte es schon länger nicht geregnet und trotzdem waren einige Passagen nur "auf allen Vieren" zu begehen. Vermutlich wären Wanderschuhe besser als unsere Turnschuhe gewesen.

    it was drizzling. I was walking on clay and it was slippery. It's was fun though. The view at the top was stunning. Some areas were cleared from trees probably to allow the commercial plantation of more trees. That was sad to see.

    We didnt do the peak and we avoided the small return section towards the end. Without these 2 parts it was 10.5 miles and around 1,100m ascent! Lovely day, thank you.
