    This is an excellent easy to follow circular walk taking in the fantastic waterfalls of the gorge in the first uphill section and then descending through the cherry tree plantations. The route starts at one end of Navaconcejo village where there is parking spaces near the river and children’s playground. Approx 5km in length and about 2.5-3 hours allowing for the little mini detours for the viewpoints over the valley and each of the waterfalls. The final waterfall at the top is the most spectacular. Don’t be put off by the wire fence across the mini cattle grid at the top, this makeshift gate has been made so you can open and shut it before descending on the zig zag country lane thru the cherry trees. An absolute 10/10 walking route.

    Die Dauer der Wanderung ist deutlich länger!! Wir haben fast 6 Stunden gebraucht, da es unterwegs viel zu sehen gibt und die Strecke recht lang ist. 2.30 Stunden ist viel zu wenig! Die Landschaft und auch die zu beobachtende Tierwelt ist sehr eindrucksvoll .
