- Senja er ikke langt unna Tromsø og Kvaløya og kan fint kombineres med en tur til Lofoten lenger sør.
- Senja er hjem til en av Norges mest populære turer Segla. Segla har blitt populær gjennom bilder i sosiale medier og de fleste av bildene er tatt fra nabofjellet Hesten.
- Senja er veldig variert og tilbyr også mange fine skogsturer i Ånderdalen nasjonalpark.
- På Senja får du midnattssol fra slutten av mai til slutten av juli, og gode muligheter for nordlys fra september til april.
