    Beautiful trek. I did alone it in October. Very important to start early and keep an eye on the time. When it gets dark the temperature is very low. At night it's difficult to orient yourself. Be careful the last 300 metres: the icy rocks are very slippery and the path is not easy to follow. The wind can be extremely strong there.

    The trail can be a bit challenging in the fog. Be aware, the weather can rapidly change and it can be then difficult to find your way back. Take a good pair of shoes and waterproof clothes.

    Um 14:00 Uhr laufen wir los - ist ja kein Problem bei Mitternachtssonne. Es sind 19 Grad. Es geht durch Schneefelder, matschige Teilstrecken und über viele Steine. Wasserdichte Schuhe sind unbedingt zu empfehlen. Die Wegmarkierung ist gut. Wir brauchen 2h45 bis zur Markierung. Toller Blick auf das Nordkapp. Wir tasten uns noch ein paar Meter weiter Richtung Norden und kommen bis 71.11.131 :-) Beeindruckende Landschaft, sehr schöne Wanderung.

    Wir sind um Mitternacht losgelaufen. Die Mitternachtssonne war jedoch hinter den Wolken versteckt. Beeindruckende Felsformation. Die Tour war zudem eine gute Gelegenheit, die Zeit bis 01:00 Uhr zu verbringen, denn dann kostet der Parkplatz am Nordkapp nichts mehr :-)
