    Superbe circuit, de très belles descentes techniques et vraiment agréables à slalomer autour des arbres, paysage magnifique une fois arrivé au lac d'Esparon. Quelques montées très dures voir impossible mais sur de très courtes distances. Allez-y !

    parcours au top !! départ Barcelonnette/ fin Manosque. En 4 jours presque impossible de faire l'itinéraire complet, nous avons coupé par la route à plusieurs endroit notamment pour la traversée des baussets à Colmar les alpes. A refaire avec plus de temps !

    superbe parcours et bon sens de parcours pour terminer avec un profil plutôt en descente. Parcours fait ne vélo route sur une journée. ATTENTION le chemin entre L'allemagne en Provence et saint martin de brome ne CONVIENT PAS au vélo route car beaucoup trop accidenté et presque pas goudronné : préférer la route départementale qui est sur le droite en parallèle. Voilà pourquoi je ne mets pas 5 étoiles.

    An easy and enjoyable path above Esparron. It may be easier to follow the larger winding track on the top east of the route as the direct ascent was very overgrown although still passable. We diverted into the village of Esparron for a café. If you cross the road from the café you can continue down to the flat rocks for lake swimming.

    Lovely picturesque walk. Great views and lots of birds, butterflies, beetles and deer. Walked from Camping Grangeonne down the campsite path to the start and finished with a coffee in Esparron. Fairly steep up but easy footing. Very steep down and a bit shaley making it slower on the descent. Public toilets by the little pier and in Esparron. Thank you Gillian.
