Aichi is a land of samurai that produced three great heroes (Nobunaga Oda, Hideyoshi Toyotomi, and Ieyasu Tokugawa). There are many castles to visit, including Nagoya Castle, Okazaki Castle, and Inuyama Castle, as well as mountain castles such as Tamine Castle, whose remains are well preserved, located in the midst of nature, allowing visitors to enjoy historical sightseeing and nature at the same time.
Rich in nature, Aichi has four national parks and seven prefectural natural parks. In the north, visitors can enjoy green nature such as mountains, valleys, and Senmaida, while in the south of Aichi, including the Chita and Atsumi Peninsulas, visitors can enjoy marine resorts, remote island experiences, and seafood in a tropical mood.
