    Historisch wie atmosphärisch eine höchst interessante Wanderung, die sich trotz der vielen Höhenmeter angenehm laufen lässt. Leider waren die Aus- und Weitblicke auch heute aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen stark eingeschränkt, dafür sorgten die Wolken für eine besondere Atmosphäre in Kombination mit den vielen Tunneln. Bis zur Rifugio Achille Papa benötigte ich zwischen dreieinhalb und vier Stunden bei einer Wegstrecke von ca. 7,1 km bei 824 hm. Da es kontinuierlich eher leicht bergauf geht,s ollte man sich von den Höhenmetern nicht abschrecken lassen. In der Hütte besteht die Möglichkeit zur Einkehr. Die Wegstrecke zurück zum Ausgangspunkt bietet anfangs und dann stellenweise nochmal schöne Aus- bzw. Weitblicke, wenn es die Wolken zulassen, sind aber nicht mehr so eindrucksvoll wie der Aufstieg. Insgesamt benötigte ich zwischen fünfeinhalb und sechs Stunden bei ca. 13,1 km und 853 hm. Die Tourenangaben waren somit weitestgehend stimmig. Hinweis: Der Parkautomat am Ausgangspunkt ermöglicht glücklicherweise auch das Bezahlen per Kreditkarte. Die passende Summe an Bargeld ist daher nicht zwingend erforderlich.

    Wunderschöne Tour, für Ungeübte anspruchsvoll aber machbar. Allerdings mehr als die angegebene Kilometerangabe. Bei meinem GPS Tracking bei 16km gelandet. Am höchsten Punkt befindet sich eine Baude zur Einkehr. Früh anreisen, sonst ist der obere Parkplatz voll und es kommen noch mal ein paar km Fußmarsch dazu.

    Sehr schöne Tour, über den Klettersteig rauf und durch die Gallerie runter. Leider sind die meisten Seitenwege und Nebenstollen mit Exkrementen übersäht. Schade, dass manche nicht einmal 2-3 Stunden aushalten, ohne irgendwo hinzusch....
