    "mit Gegenanstieg" ziemliche Untertreibung, vor Plan Puitz bei Höhe 2100 schultert man das Bike für rund 50-100hm einen steilen Weg hoch, wenn's nass ist, mit Bikeschuhen nicht zu empfehlen. Ausserdem ist der Trail bis zum Plan Puitz ab und zu etwas abschüssig, aufgepasst! Bin die Strecke nur bis St.-Oyen gefahren.

    Percorso impegnativo ma bellissimo ci sono tratti con una bella pendenza, l’arrivo al lago è veramente emozionate, c’è la possibilità di fare il bagno. Se si è con il nostro pet vi consiglio la discesa con la seggiovia, sono attrezzati anche per i cani in totale sicurezza e gratis per i nostri pet. Consiglio partenza prima mattinata ci sono molti tratti completamente al sole.

    Die Tour kann man auch locker auf 2 Tage aufteilen. Beide Runden für sich sind ein 5 Sterne Erlebniss. Der Lift Couis 1 ist nur im Juli und August offen und schliesst zeitig, hier unbedingt die Öffnungszeiten erfragen. Ansonsten sind es zusätzliche 400hm auf steiler Schotterstrasse. Die ausgesetzte, 2km lange Gratwanderung ist nicht ohne und kostet bereits gut Körner. Der Trail nach Cogne ist Anfangs sehr verblockt, S2 bis S3, im unteren Teil dann super flowig und maximal abwechslungsreich zu fahren, besser geht nicht mehr. Hier hat man bereits so viele Eindrücke gesammelt, dass man den Passo Invergneux auf den nächsten Tag verschieben kann.
