    Sehr schöne Aus- und Weitblicke über Garda, Bardolino und den Gardasee. Der Aufstieg auf den Gipfel ist allerdings ganz gut steil und die Gemeinde müsste sich diesem mal annehmen, da enorm viel Geröll auf den Treppenstufen ist und diese teils auch kaputt sind. Positiv ist, dass der Aufstieg nahezu durchweg durch Wald führt und daher auch an heißeren Tagen machbar ist - dennoch schwitzt man extrem durch die schwüle Luft am Gardasee. Die weitere Wegstrecke zur Einsiedelei lohnt sich meines Erachtens nur dann, wenn diese auch geöffnet ist. Andernfalls ist es nur ein schöner Waldabschnitt, aber nicht mehr. Die angegebenen 2,5 Stunden sind sogar sehr defensiv angegeben. Tatsächlich schafft man die Tour je nach Tempo beim Aufstieg in 2 Stunden, manche sogar noch schneller. Bei mir wurden ca. 6,2 km und 290 hm getrackt. Abschließend lässt sich die Tour sehr gut mit einem anschließenden Rundgang durch Garda verbinden. In Summe wird man hierfür dann 3-4 Stunden benötigen.     Strecke ist gut. Bin sie mit normalen Mountainbike gefahren. Bei ca 3/4 der Strecke muss man einen leichten Umweg fahren, da mittlerweile ein Haus mit Zaun im Weg ist. Radweg wurde aber verlegt.

    Der Aufstieg zur Rocca mit den vielen Treppen würde ich nicht gerade als leichten Spaziergang bezeichnen. Der Aufstieg ist phasenweise auch etwas steiler. Aber der Ausblick lohnt die Anstrengung. Die Tour verläuft meist im Schatten und kann daher auch bei sonnigem Wetter gut gelaufen werden.

    Did this twice last week while on holiday starting and finishing in Malcesine. It’s a fast route apart from the ascent from Gargnano to the first tunnel. Biggest killer was the head wind in the afternoon when going from riva del Garda back to malcesine. Starting earlier is better as the traffic in Garda got very busy the second time I went round

    Ho fatto il giro oggi 23/10/2021 è stato veramente entusiasmante. Sono andato molto sicuro grazie alla vostra cartografia e la navigazione è stata impeccabile. Ho incontrato molti ciclisti come me e spesso essendo partito troppo veloce e non essendo in forma, mi mettevo a ruota di alcuni gruppi ben organizzati ed allenati. Questo mi ha permesso di svolgere il giro in 5 ore con una breve pausa caffè. Mi sono ripromesso di rifare il giro magari con un allenamento più adeguato. Vi do un consiglio, partite all'alba in modo che praticamente per un primo lungo tratto non ci saranno problemi con il traffico.
