    Paesaggi mozzafiato e tracciato corretto, ma: - Monte castelat: per arrivare fino alla fine è richiesto un piccolo pezzo di arrampicata, inoltre il sentiero per arrivarci è parecchio pericoloso - Pala Fontana: in questo punto c’è un tratto di ferrata Ho messo 4 stelle su 5 perché (almeno la parte di ferrata) dovrebbe essere segnalata nel tracciato. Per il resto, se avete l’attrezzatura e l’esperienza, ve lo consiglio. Occhio però ai due punti di cui sopra

    Percorso fantastico con alternanze di sentieri boschivi, tornanti pietrosi e facili arrampicate con un sostenuto grado di pendenza. Lo stretto e ripido canalone permette però da subito una visuale superlativa sulla valle adiacente e del lago di Santa Croce per poi permettervi di raggiungere il piano superiore del bivacco toffolon. Da li avrete un immensa visuale sulle Dolomiti e le alpi carniche. Un percorso in salita percorribile in 2 ore mantenendo un passo normale e una volta raggiunto il bivacco un altra mezz’ora per raggiungere la cime del monte Messer. D’Inverno al mattino la valle è in ombra e solo verso le 10 del mattino il sole inizia a raggiungere il piano del bivacco. Mentre nel pomeriggio gran parte del rientro sullo stesso sentiero è illuminato essendo il versante occidentale.

    percorso semplice all'inizio, con strada asfaltata in mezzo ai boschi. io ero con bambini di un anno e mezzo nello zaino. poi arrivati al punto più alto del tracciato ci si ritrova in mezzo ai boschi, strada sterrata. bellissimi posti in mezzo ai boschi con percorsi ben visibili, livello molto facile. poi inizia la parte in discesa fino al lago e qui il percorso si complica ma con calma è possibile scendere in sicurezza. il tratto finale lungo il lago è un qualcosa di fiabesco.
