Western Transdanubia

In Western Transdanubia, you can immerse yourself in the endless landscape of the Győri Basin and the Vas-Sopron plain, dotted with rivers. The Kemeneshát, which looks back from the south onto the plain of the Kisalföld, awaits us, yearning for something higher.

Here are most of the forested, dissected valleys of the Zala hills and the Alpokalja, our mid-mountain range in the foothills of the eastern Alps. Everyone can find something for everyone in the West Transdanubian region, with water tours on the rivers and Lake Balaton.

During our round trips we can discover many small hidden thermal baths in the plains or hills. On our hiking tours we can conquer the high plateau of Keszthely or the Kőszeg mountains.
