Discover the region
For tourists there are many sights such as Ribbeck Castle or the Klaistow asparagus farm. Ribbeck Castle is a historic building from the 19th century with a beautiful park to relax and enjoy nature. The asparagus farm Klaistow is known for its delicious asparagus straight from the field as well as its homemade jams and juices.
Cultural highlights are the Theater am Rand or also the Museum Barberini in Potsdam - both offer a varied programme of music ,theatre, art or film performances for every taste.
Those who love outdoor activities will also feel at home here: In summer, for example, you can go on bicycle tours along the Havel cycle path or do water sports on the Beetzsee (e.g. sailing). In winter, there are opportunities for ice skating on frozen lakes or sledding through snow-covered landscapes.
If it rains, we recommend a trip to Tropical Islands Resort - a huge indoor water world with a tropical climate, a lagoon and many water slides - an experience for the whole family.
Culinary Wustermark also has a lot to offer. Here you can enjoy traditional German cuisine or indulge yourself in the numerous cafés and restaurants. A special highlight is the asparagus from the region - it doesn't get any fresher than that!
Summarising: Wustermark is definitely worth a trip! The proximity to the capital Berlin as well as Potsdam makes it an ideal starting point for discovery tours through the surrounding area. Whether cultural highlights, outdoor activities or culinary delights - everyone gets their money's worth here!
