Start your tour of the town with a walk along the picturesque riverbank. Here you can enjoy the view of the majestic Wittenberge Castle, which has been enthroned here since the 18th century. For those interested in culture, Wittenberge also has a lot to offer: The "Alte Ölmühle" theatre invites you to various events such as concerts or theatre performances. Open-air concerts are also held in summer.

From a culinary point of view, there are several highlights in Wittenberge: Why not try the famous "Prignitzer Kloß" (Prignitz dumpling), a traditional potato lump with a hearty meat sauce, or let yourself be surprised by regional beer varieties.

Outdoor enthusiasts will get their money's worth in this area: take a bike tour along the Elbe or paddle leisurely by canoe through idyllic waters around Wittenberg. In winter you can even go cross-country skiing!

Even in bad weather there are plenty of activities: For example, visit the "Elblandkino", a modern cinema with current films for the whole family.
