Weissach is located in the northern Black Forest between Stuttgart and Pforzheim in a picturesque landscape of rolling hills, green forests and clear rivers. The community is known for its idyllic villages such as Flacht or Münklingen, as well as its rich heritage of historic buildings dating back to the 16th century.

For those interested in culture, there are numerous museums to visit, including the local history museum or the Porsche Museum in the nearby city of Stuttgart. A walk through the Ludwigsburg Palace Park is also well worthwhile.

If you are looking for culinary delights, you should definitely make a detour to the Schmalzried winery - here you can taste and enjoy regional wines. Or indulge in the delicious specialities of the restaurant "Zum Lamm".

If you like to be active, you can go hiking or cycling here - the routes along the Enz valley or through the Stromberg forest are particularly recommended. In winter, a variety of ski resorts also beckon, such as the Feldberg near Freiburg.

Even if it should rain, there is plenty to do in Weissach - visit the thermal baths in Bad Liebenzell, for example, or take a trip to the Mercedes-Benz Museum.

In summary, Weissach is definitely worth a trip. The picturesque landscape and the numerous cultural and culinary highlights offer something for every taste. It is especially beautiful here in spring and summer, when everything blossoms and greens - but autumn also has its charm with the colourful leaves on the trees. We hope that this travel guide was helpful for your planning and hope you have fun discovering Weissach!

Meist asphaltierte Wege. Aber auch kurze Strecken mit Feldwegen (Graswege).
