Maps and trails
The geographical location of Reken makes it a perfect place for outdoor activities such as hiking or cycling. In summer, you can cycle through the Münsterland and enjoy the breathtaking nature. If you prefer hiking, you should visit the Hohe Mark Nature Park - there are many different hiking trails here.

Reken also has some tourist attractions such as Lembeck Castle with its beautiful garden and the Museum of Hunting and Cultural History. Another highlight is the Wildwald Vosswinkel, where you can experience wild animals up close on a safari tour.

For cultural highlights, we recommend a visit to the Heimathaus Maria Lindenhof and the Kunsthaus Bocholtz-Südlohn. Both places give a deep insight into the history of the region as well as contemporary works of art are exhibited.

If it rains, there is still plenty to do! We recommend a trip to the Deichwelle swimming pool or the Lumen Filmtheater Borken.

Culinary Reken offers some local specialities such as "Pumpernickel" or "Mettendchen". For gourmets we also have two restaurant recommendations: Restaurant Zur alten Post and Restaurant Waldesruh.

In conclusion, we would like to say that Reken, Borken is definitely worth a visit! Especially in spring and summer you can experience nature in its full glory here. We hope our travel guide has helped you plan your next trip.

Was will man mehr?!

Sehr abwechslungsreiche Strecke, Waldwege, schmale Pfade, Wiesen, Felder.
