Oberhaid

Oberhaid lies on the edge of the Steigerwald Nature Park and is surrounded by picturesque hills. The region is known for its idyllic landscapes with rolling hills, forests and rivers. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg is also nearby.

Tourist attractions include the 18th century St. Laurentius Church or Sassanfahrt Castle with its magnificent baroque garden. Cultural highlights are, for example, the annual wine festival in summer or the traditional Christkindlesmarkt at Advent time.
