Geographical location and special features: Müllenbach is located in the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate on the edge of the Westerwald. The town is surrounded by green hills and offers a breathtaking landscape with numerous hiking trails and viewpoints. There are also many lakes in the area that invite you to go fishing or swimming.

Tourist attractions: Müllenbach Castle is undoubtedly one of the town's best-known landmarks. It was built in the 12th century and offers a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape. Another highlight is the Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg Castle, which is now used as a museum.

Cultural highlights and events: Müllenbach regularly hosts events such as the annual wine festival or the medieval festival at Müllenbach Castle. This town also has something to offer art lovers - why not visit the Alte Mühle gallery!

Culinary specialities: When it comes to food, you should definitely give the regional specialities a chance! Try hearty dishes like Pfälzer Saumagen or enjoy delicious wines from the nearby wine-growing region on the Mosel or Ahr.

Outdoor activities: Hiking, cycling or fishing - there are many opportunities for outdoor activities in Müllenbach. In summer you can go swimming in the nearby lake and in winter there is skiing on the surrounding hills.

Bad weather? Don't worry! Visit the local museum or the church of St. George to learn more about the history of the town. Or treat yourself to a relaxing day at one of the local wellness centres.

Where is the most beautiful? It's hard to say where it's most beautiful, as Müllenbach has so many beautiful spots! But a walk through the Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg Castle Park will certainly stay in your memory for a long time.

Wochenend-Etappen in drei Jahren.
