Discover the region

Geographically, Molbergen, Cloppenburg is located between the cities of Oldenburg and Osnabrück. The region is surrounded by forests, rivers and lakes, providing a beautiful backdrop for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling or fishing.

For those interested in culture, there are numerous sights to discover: The 18th century Clemenswerth Castle with its baroque gardens is a must for every visitor. The Gothic St. Andrew's Church in Cloppenburg and the local history museum are also worth a visit.

In addition to these tourist highlights, there are also many events throughout the year: In summer, the popular folk festival "Cloppenburger Gallimarkt" takes place, while the winter market in Molbergen attracts thousands of visitors every year.

Culinary-wise, the region also has a lot to offer: Be sure to try local specialities such as kale with pinkel or labskaus - traditional dishes from northern German cuisine.

If it rains, you can sit back and relax - visit one of the cosy cafés or restaurants in the area, for example. Even an excursion to nearby Oldenburg is always worthwhile in bad weather!

In autumn, the forests around Molbergen shine in colourful hues and thus provide the perfect backdrop for hiking or cycling tours. In summer, on the other hand, you can refresh yourself at the region's many lakes.

Molbergen, Cloppenburg is definitely worth a trip - let yourself be enchanted by this charming region!

Was will man mehr.

Aufgrund Zeitmangels u.

Ps. Es befinden sich GeoCaches am Wegesrand, mitnehmen! ;-)
