Langenzenn is known for its historic old town with well-preserved medieval buildings. Start your tour at the market square and admire the Gothic town hall and the town church of St. Marien. Another highlight are the castle ruins of the former moated castle Burggrafiat Langenzenn, which was destroyed in the 16th century.

Cultural highlights can also be found in the form of museums: the local history museum gives an insight into the history of the region, while the museum Industriekultur shows how important industries such as textile or leather production were once located here.

When it comes to culinary delights, you should definitely try the famous "Zwetschgenkuchen" - a local speciality made of plums baked on yeast dough. Beer lovers don't miss out either: the Drei Kronen brewery offers guided tours and serves freshly tapped beer straight from the barrel.

For outdoor activities, we recommend hiking through the nearby Frankenhöhe Nature Park or cycling tours along the Zenn Cycle Path or the Biberttal Cycle Path. In winter, the area also offers opportunities for skiing and cross-country skiing.

If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can plan a visit to the indoor swimming pool or the sauna at the Bibert Bad leisure pool. A guided tour through the underground beer cellars of Langenzenn is also an exciting experience in any weather.

In summary, Langenzenn is definitely worth a visit! With its rich history, cultural highlights and culinary delights as well as numerous outdoor activities, it has something for everyone. We hope this Travel Guide will help you make the most of your time here.
