Geographically, Kupferzell is located on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park and is surrounded by rolling hills and meadows. The town is known for its idyllic landscapes, historic buildings and culinary specialities.

Touristically relevant sights are the castle with its magnificent baroque garden and the collegiate church of St. Nikolaus, one of the oldest churches in southern Germany. Another highlight is the "Alte Mühle" museum, which provides an insight into the history of the region.

Cultural highlights are offered especially during the annual summer festival "Kultursommer". Here visitors can enjoy concerts, theatre performances and exhibitions.

Culinary specialities include the famous Swabian spaetzle or hearty dishes such as roast pork with dumplings. These delicacies can be enjoyed particularly well in the town's traditional inns.

For outdoor activities, hiking through the nature park or cycling tours along the Kocher river are particularly suitable. In winter, skiing and snowboarding can be enjoyed in the surrounding ski resorts.

Even when it rains, Kupferzell offers many opportunities for leisure activities: the indoor swimming pool ensures bathing fun in all weathers and the cinema offers a cosy way to relax.

In summary, Kupferzell is a destination that has something to offer for everyone. Historical sights, cultural highlights, culinary delights as well as outdoor activities make the town a place that is definitely worth a visit. The idyllic landscapes around the Schwäbisch-Fränkischer Wald Nature Park are a particular highlight - this is the best place to relax!
