Kaub

Kaub is known for its well-preserved medieval Pfalzgrafenstein Castle, which sits enthroned on an island in the Rhine and offers an unforgettable sight. Another highlight is Gutenfels Castle with its impressive architecture and picturesque views of the valley.

For cultural highlights, we recommend a walk through the historic old town of Kaub, where you can admire numerous half-timbered houses. In summer, festivals are held here regularly, such as the traditional wine festival or the famous Rhenish carnival.
