    Die Empfehlung in der Liebigstraße zu parken ist für das Wochenende ideal: ein Supermarktparkplatz sowie ein weiterer Parkplatz stehen zur Verfügung. Die Tour ist sehr einfach zu gehen, zum größten Teil sehr flach. Die einzige Steigung in Form einer längeren Treppe findet man zur Wallfahrtskirche nahe Hirten (ca. halbe Strecke). Dort findet sich auch eine kostenlose und sehr saubere öffentliche Toilette. In Hirten ist ein schöner Biergarten (wenn der kleine Wirt bei der Wallfahrtskirche keinen Platz mehr frei hat). Die erste Hälfte der Tour führt über Feldwege und vorwiegend landwirtschaftlich genutzte Straßen ohne viel Verkehr. Dieser Teil über Feld bietet wenig Schatten und kann bei sommerlicher Hitze anstrengend sein. Der Weg zurück führt an der Alz entlang. Hier kann man von der Tourempfehlung abweichen und am Fluss entlang zurück nach Burchkirchen laufen. Der Weg am Fluss ist landschaftlich sehr schön und ist meistens im Wald und daher angenehm schattig. Kurz vor Ende der Tour finden sich noch einige Biergärten um wieder zu Kräften zu kommen.
