Hoisdorf

Geographically, Hoisdorf is located in northern Germany and belongs to the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein. The municipality is not far from the Hanseatic city of Lübeck and the Holsteinische Schweiz nature park. Particularly characteristic of the region are the numerous lakes and forests, which provide a picturesque backdrop.

For those interested in culture, there are several sights to discover in Hoisdorf: Hoisdorf Manor House is an impressive 18th century building with park-like surroundings. The Alte Schule museum also offers an insight into the history of the region as well as changing exhibitions of contemporary art.

A highlight for gourmets are certainly the culinary specialities of the region such as fresh fish or regional products from the organic farm.

A walk through the Sieben Berge forest park is also highly recommended - here you can have a wonderful picnic in fine weather or simply relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding panorama.

Outdoor activities are not neglected in Hoisdorf either: whether hiking, cycling or water sports - everyone will find their personal leisure pleasure here. In winter, there is also a nearby ice skating rink.
