    Zweitageswanderung von Porta bis zum Bahnhof Mesch Neue Mühle. Bei gefrorenem Boden im Winter gut begehbar, ansonsten sehr matschig auf den Forstwegen zwischen Rödinghausen und Bergkirchen. Ohne Blätter an den Bäumen immer wieder mit tollen Ausblicken, besonders Richtung Süden.

    Sehr schöner und super ausgeschilderter Wanderweg. Fand den Waldweganteil sehr angenehm. Kaum Straßen oder asphaltierte Wege. Auch das „Runter und Rauf“ bei den zu überquerenden Straßen war klasse, weil so doch ein paar Höhenmeter zusammen kommen. Sind das Ganze in vier Abschnitten Richtung Osten gegangen.

    Sehr abwechslungsreiche Tour: Äcker, Hänge, Wald - und jede Menge Fernsichten. Wenn man gemütlich geht, kommt man etwa mit drei Stunden hin. Viele Bänke und Hütten. Ein Abstecher in den kleinen Kurpark von Rothenuffeln (Bergkirchener Straße/Griepshop) lohnt sich, da ist auch ein Biergarten (Le Filou; Öffnungszeiten checken!).

    Schöner Spaziergang, teils unter Birken, teils unter freiem Himmel. Einige Wege sind derzeit gesperrt (der Schlenker auf 8 Uhr zum Beispiel, siehe Karte), man kann aber wunderbar auch ohne GPS-Gerät dem Rundweg mit dem roten Pfeil folgen. Wege sind natürlich matschig derzeit, Vorsicht auch auf den rutschigen Holzbohlen auf den Wegen. Das Moor ist am Wochenende sehr gut besucht, es sind wirklich viele Menschen unterwegs.
