    Landschaftlich äußerst reizvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tour mit tollen Aussichten, viel Wald und Wildblumenwiesen. Mehrere schöne Rastmöglichkeiten. Wie bereits unten angemerkt, ist die Strecke bis auf wenige Kilometer gut befahrbar. Wir sind am Sportplatz Leisel gestartet und im Uhrzeigersinn geradelt. Damit hatten wir den schlechtesten Wegabschnitt - tlw. sehr holprig und grober Schotter, heute aber zumindest trocken - gleich zu Beginn. Hier muss man wirklich aufpassen! Nach ca. 6 km läuft's dann richtig gut. In Birkenfeld ist die Hälfte der Strecke gemeistert, hier bietet sich eine längere Pause an. Im weiteren Verlauf lohnt der kurze Abstecher zum Turm in Hattgenstein, ein Halt an der Kirche in Heiligenbösch und die Götterallee!

    Ich bin diese Tour am 02.07.2019 und nun nochmal am 08.0.52024 bei schönstem Sommerwetter mit meinem E-Bike gefahren. Der Hinweis "Sportliche Rundtour" kann ich bestätigen - die angegebenen Höhenmeter müssen schließlich bewältigt werden. Wie in einem Kommentar schon berichtet, ist der Streckenabschnitt von Oberbrombach nach Leisel an manchen Stellen nur sehr mühsam zu fahren (trotz E-Bike). Die gewählte Wegeführung empfand ich als sehr schön, man sollte sich einen Tag Zeit nehmen und die Strecken genießen und zumindest auf den Akku-Verbrauch am E-Bike achten.... denn ich kam an 3 Ladestationen vorbei und hätte allerdings dort nicht laden können: 1. Station war am Sportplatz oberhalb von Leisel - nur zu den Öffnungszeiten ist laden möglich - aber ich fand keinen Hinweis auf Öffnungszeiten. 2. Station in Schwollen - Ortsmitte an einem Gasthaus - auch hier nur zu den Öffnungszeiten. 3. Zufällig entdeckt eine Ladestation in Ellenberg - ohne Hinweise, evtl. hätte ich hier laden können? fand aber keine Anleitung etc. Jedoch sollte ein üblicherweise voll geladener 400 W Akku für die Tour reichen. Die Beschilderung in Hattgenstein empfand ich etwas verwirrend, bis ich gemerkt habe, dass es sich um einen Abstecher zum Aussichtsturm handelt, evtl. könnten man am Schild darauf hinweisen. Und noch ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die schöne Kirche Heiligenbösch war leider auch nicht zugänglich - mancher würde sicherlich gerne ein Kerzlein anzünden, bzw. einen Blick in die Kirche werfen.

    bis auf einen Abschnitt zwischen leise und oberbrombach ist die Tour mit einem E-Bike gut zu fahren. Es geht zum Teil steil rauf und runter. Aber der Abschnitt zwischen Leisel und oberbrombach ist eine Katastrophe für ein Rad mit normalen Reifen. Grobschotter, aufgeweichter Weg, von landwirtschaftlichen Fahrzeugen völlig zerfahren ist diese Strecke sehr anstrengen und macht überhaupt keinen Spaß. Hier bitte nachbessern.
