Maps and trails
The geographical location of Efringen-Kirchen offers visitors a breathtaking landscape with rolling hills, green forests and the majestic Rhine river. The region is known for its vineyards and orchards, as well as its mild climate throughout the year.

One of the main attractions of Efringen-Kirchen is its numerous historical sights. A must-see is the 13th century Bürgeln Castle with its impressive tower and extensive gardens. The 11th century church of St. Martinus or the town hall on the market square are also worth a visit.

The annual wine festival in summer or the traditional Christmas market at Christmas time on the market square of Efringen-Kirchen provide cultural highlights.

Culinary this region also has a lot to offer - be sure to try the regional asparagus or enjoy a glass of local wine directly from the winery.

If you like to be active, you can also go hiking or cycling here - the routes along the Rhine or through the surrounding forests are particularly recommended during the spring and autumn months.

Even on rainy days, there is still plenty to do in Efringen-Kirchen. For example, visit the Alte Schmiede museum or relax at the thermal baths in Badenweiler, which are only a short drive away.

Whether for a day trip or as a destination for a weekend - Efringen-Kirchen is definitely worth a visit and offers its visitors unforgettable experiences in one of the most beautiful regions of Germany.

Schöne Wanderung entlang an zwei Naturdenkmälern.
