Geographically, Datzeroth is located in the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate on the edge of the Westerwald. The region is characterised by its idyllic location, which is characterised by green forests, rolling hills and the course of the river Wied. A special highlight are the numerous hiking and cycling trails along the riverbanks or through the forest.

An absolute must for all gourmets is a visit to the regional cuisine with its culinary specialities such as "Rheinischer Sauerbraten" or "Himmel un Äd". You can enjoy these delicacies in cosy local restaurants.
