The geographical location of the city is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking or cycling. The best time for this is between spring and autumn, when temperatures are pleasant. The Calmont via ferrata is considered one of the most difficult in Germany and rewards with breathtaking views of the Moselle.

For cultural highlights, you should definitely plan a visit to Cochem. Cochem Castle towers majestically over the town and offers fantastic insights into the history of the place. The Reichsburg Museum is also worth a visit for anyone interested in history.

A culinary highlight of this region is certainly the wines from the local vineyards. A wine tasting is a must during your stay! But local specialities such as Döppekooche (potato cake) or Himmel un Ääd (heaven and earth) should also be tried.

If it should rain, there are still plenty of opportunities for leisure activities: How about a visit to the Rhineland-Palatinate State Museum, for example? Here you can admire works of art from the Middle Ages to the present.

And where is it most beautiful? On the Moselle promenade in Bullay, of course! Relax here with a glass of wine or simply enjoy the view of the picturesque landscape.

All in all, Bullay, Cochem-Zell is a destination that has something to offer for everyone. With this Travel Guide you are well prepared for an unforgettable stay!
