Maps and trails
Situated at the foot of the Allgäu, Bodnegg is a picturesque destination with breathtaking scenery. The region is surrounded by rolling hills and offers views of the Alpine range. This idyllic setting makes it an ideal destination for nature lovers.

Bodnegg is known for its numerous hiking trails through meadows and forests along rivers and lakes. One of the most popular routes leads to the observation tower on the Schlossberg - from here you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the valley. In summer, cycling tours are also very popular; they offer the opportunity to experience the beautiful landscape up close.

For culture enthusiasts, there are many interesting places to visit such as the local history museum or the historic town centre with its old buildings from the 18th century. It is also worth a trip to the Birnau Basilica - this baroque church is located directly on the shore of Lake Constance.

If it rains, we recommend a visit to the "Oberschwaben-Halle", where various events take place: Concerts, fairs or theatre performances are offered here.

Culinary Bodnegg has a lot to offer. Try the regional specialities such as "Kässpätzle" or "Maultaschen" in one of the many restaurants and inns.

The best time to visit Bodnegg is in spring and summer. During these seasons you can enjoy the mild climate and engage in outdoor activities.

Overall, Bodnegg is a destination that is definitely worth a visit. With its picturesque landscapes, cultural highlights and culinary delights, it offers an unforgettable experience for every visitor. This travel guide will help you plan your stay optimally!
