    Eine Abwechslungsreiche Tour. Asphalt und Wald sind gut gemischt. Wer in der warmen Jahreszeit unterwegs ist, hat etwas mit Mücken zu kämpfen. Die Wald und Feldwege werden anscheinend nicht so oft von Wanderern genutzt. Sie sind etwas zugewachsen. Wen das stört, sollte in langen Hosen unterwegs sein. Interessant war auch, daß die Sprachausgabe in der Navigation auf Tschechischer Seite nicht funktioniert hat. Warum habe ich leider nicht rausgefunden. Der Anstieg auf den Bärenstein ist steil und Naturnah. Genauso der Abstieg zum Parkplatz. Wer seine Ruhe beim Wandern möchte hat sie auf dieser Runde. Wer nicht ganz so fein mit Hunden ist, sollte in Tschechien etwas vorsichtig sein. Aus ziemlich jeder Einfahrt lautstarken Gebell.

    Ein wunderschöner Wanderweg entlang der Bahnstrecke mit imposanten Eindrücken. Der Weg ist perfekt ausgeschildert mit vielen Bänken zum verweilen. Besonders für Kinder ein schöner und interessanter Weg.

    Wir sind auch in drei Tagen gefahren. Die Mischung aus Tour- und Trailerlebnis war perfekt. Trotz einem Tag Regen hatten wir eine Menge Spaß! Am vierten Tag sind wir von Oberwiesenthal nach Chemnitz gefahren (ca. 85 km).

    Schöner Rundwanderweg welcher stellenweise Trittsicherheit erfordert und nicht für Kinderwagen geeignet ist. Er ist in der angegebenen Zeit ohne Stress zu bewältigen. Im Bereich der Talstraße bis nach Blechhammer muss man die Straße benutzen, welche aber nicht stark frequentiert wird. Es gibt Gasthöfe in Blechhammer, Brettmühle und auf dem Bärenstein, welche auch, soweit wir das sehen konnten, keinen Ruhetag haben.

    Tag 7 von 7: Schweißtreibend auf den Bärenstein. Noch immer zwei Hügelketten vor dem Fichtelberg!!! Talsperre Cranzahl sehenswert. Dann erst eben, dann wieder ansteigend im Wald zur Toska-Bank. Weg zur Sportbaude Waldeck etwas unübersichtlich w/ Baumbruch/Baumfällarbeiten. Dann endlich hinauf auf den Fichtelberg, dem Ziel und Höhepunkt unserer Tour. Es war sehr schön und entspannend, wir haben nette Leute kennengelernt (Mitwanderer, Einheimische).

    Tag 6 von 7: Dank guter Tipps vom Pächter Erbgericht Satzung, nach dem ersten Einlaufen einen erfrischenden Besuch im Freibad Schmalzgrube gemacht. Danach im Forellenhof auf der Terrasse Preßnitzbahn und ein Häppchen genossen. Mit der Museumsbahn dann nach Jöhstadt abgekürzt. Zur Strafe den Weg erst nach etwas Suchen wiedergefunden. Der führte zunächst am Waldrand / Grenzverlauf entlang und dann anspruchsvoll durch den Wald zur Brettmühle. Auch hier gibt es (u.a.) sehr leckeren Kuchen.
