The special feature of Bad Honnef is its location, which is rich in historical sights and cultural highlights. One of the city's best-known attractions is Schloss Drachenburg, a magnificent 19th-century castle in the style of a medieval fortress.

Another highlight for tourists are the various museums such as the August Macke Haus Museum or the Wachtberg-Niederbachem Nature Park Centre, which offer an insight into the history and culture of this region.

For culinary delights, we recommend visiting the weekly market as well as one of the many restaurants serving regional specialities.

Outdoor activities can be carried out in different ways depending on the season: In summer, for example, you can enjoy canoeing on the Rhine or go hiking while skiing and snowboarding are possible in winter. The nearby Siebengebirge Nature Park also offers numerous opportunities for hiking and cycling.

Even if the weather is bad, there is plenty to do - just visit one of the many indoor excursion destinations such as the Arp Museum Bahnhof Rolandseck or relax in a wellness centre.

The most beautiful area of Bad Honnef is along the Rhine with its beautiful promenades as well as parks such as the Kurpark or the Stadtwald. Here you can relax and enjoy the view of the Rhine.

Bad Honnef is a destination that is definitely worth a visit. This Travel Guide provides you with all the information you need to make your stay an unforgettable experience!

Also eine insgesamt wirklich tolle Tour.
