Arrach is located at the foot of the Bavarian Forest and is known for its stunning landscapes of green forests and picturesque hills. The town itself has a rich history and culture to offer, which are worth exploring.

Cultural highlights include the Arrach local history museum, which gives an insight into the lives of people in times gone by, or Miltach Castle from the 13th century - an impressive building full of stories and secrets.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling or skiing - depending on the season. In winter, the nearby Arber ski area in particular attracts many visitors with its slopes and cross-country trails. There is also a lot to experience here in summer: Whether fishing at the lake or playing golf on one of the many courses - variety is guaranteed!

This region also has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine: Be sure to try traditional Bavarian dishes such as pork knuckle or liver dumplings together with a freshly tapped beer! For those with a sweet tooth, we also recommend the famous apple strudel.

If it should rain, you can go to the indoor swimming pool or visit the cinema. A visit to the nearby town of Cham is also worthwhile to discover more cultural highlights.

In conclusion, Arrach is definitely worth a trip! Whether you are here for nature or culture, there is always something new to discover. Relax by one of the many lakes or explore the historic buildings and museums - it's guaranteed not to get boring. Wherever your interests lie: Here you will find everything your heart desires!

Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz in Eck (2 €).
