    Toller Weg, der auch gut für Trail Running geeignet ist. Morgens scheint schön die Sonne auf den Weg. Ab 10 Uhr wird es ziemlich voll.

    Trés beau parcour vtt avec la partie PATAPAN que je ne connaissais pas. Attention toutefois, il-y-a une partie qe l'on ne peut plus passer, car sr depvé, au Val de Bois (Vila la Rouillère), il faut juste la contourner en passant sur une petite partie du chemin de retour (petite descenrte et remontée en plus ! ;-))

    Teilabschnitt ab Plage de l'escalet in beide Richtungen sehr schön und abwechslungsreich mit kleinen Buchten. Feste Schuhe erforderlich, da der Weg zum größten Teil über Felsen und Schotter führt. Vorsicht bei Nässe!

    Wunderschöne Wanderung an der Küste entlang. Teilweise Hiking über die Felsen - lanschaftlich sehr reizvoll, einsame Strände, steile Küsten, mit Kletterei, alles dabei. Bei zügigem Schritt werden ca. 4 Stunden benötigt. Essen/Trinken mitnehmen! Ca. 4 km vor Schluss wird die "Strandmeile" von Pampelonne erreicht, und man kann in einer der Bars auch einkehren. Die letzten 4 km zurück sind an der Straße entlang, weniger schön, man kommt halt schnell zurück nach St. Tropez.
