An easy to follow route from Gindou with yellow markers. The first section is a fairly long tarmac section before heading off into woodland going steadily downhill. There is lavoir just before Bourbou which is a good place for a stop. The return to Gindou is uphill all the way.

There is plenty of parking in Les Arques and the walk begins near the Marie. It is an easy to follow route with yellow way marks.
