    Ein guter Tip! Lässt sich auch perfekt auf den groesseren unteren Weg beschränken. Ebenfalls für den Sommer bestens geeignet, da fast nur schattige Waldpfade. Die beeindruckende Ruine des Sanatoriums ist inzwischen abgesperrt. Wegevorschlag in seiner Nähe vorher prüfen, da der Pfad zugewachsen ist und ein Steilabfall auf dem Weg liegt.

    Tolle und wirklich sehr lohnende Runde in den Bachtälern südlich von Spa und im Fagne de Malchamps. Eine Tour ins Fagne de Malchamps hatte ich schon seit 15 Jahren auf meiner "Tourenliste", anregt von dem Ardennen Rother Wanderführer von Mathieu Klos. Damals tatsächlich noch ohne GPX Tracks, ohne die AV / Outdooractive App und ohne Open Street Maps wäre der Kauf einer Wanderkarte obligatorisch gewesen ... Landschaftlich sind die schönen Bäche gegen Ende der Tour und natürlich die langen Steg - und Pfadpassagen im Hochmoor das Highlight dieser ruhigen Runde. Die Transferpassagen im ersten Teil bis zum Fagne und die breiteren Wegpassagen gegen Ende sind alternativlose Bestandteile dieser schönen Runde. Am schönsten stellen wir uns diese Tour entweder an einem sonnigen Spätherbsttag, im Winter nach Schneefall oder im August / September zur Heideblüte im Venngebiet vor. Im Winter ist deine Wintervariante sicher empfehlenswert, da die schmalen Stege im Venn bei Schnee und Eis sicher nicht einfach zu begehen sind. Wir haben die Tour gegen Ende leicht abgekürzt, indem wir über einen schönen Pfad im Anschluß an eine asphaltierte Passage am Ortsrand von Spa aus direkt zu einer sehr schönem Bach ( Ruisseau Du Pendu?) abgestiegen sind, dem wir dann recht steil bergauf gefolgt sind.     Super Tour! Der schmale Pfad nach der Gleisquerung an der Amblève entlang für sich allein genommen ist die Anreise schon wert. Hier kommt Spaß auf. Ein Wiesenweg direkt über Kuhweiden, tolle Waldpfade und der vorgenannte Amblève-Pfad machen die Tour zu einer Runden Sache. Leider ließ sich ein längeres Stück an einer befahrenen Straße nicht vermeiden. Auch hört man im ersten Teil der Runde immer mal wieder Motoren der Rennstrecke in Spa; störend fanden wir es nicht. Zum Schluss geht es noch einmal sehr schön an der Amblève entlang, ehe es zum schönen Schlussanstieg zurück zum Parkplatz geht. Wir waren auf den Wegen absolut einsam unterwegs. Tolle empfehlenswerte Zusammenstellung. Danke fürs Erstellen 👍

    Was für eine tolle Tour! Leider hatte es in der Nacht geregnet weshalb die Strecke Entlang des Flusses etwas tricky war. Auch das Brombeergestrüpp entlang des Weges war manchmal eine Herausforderung. Aber wir waren komplett alleine auf der Tour. Die Passage entlang des Flusses, auf der Uferbefestigung balancierend, hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Wasserfall war ein weiteres Highlight. Generell war die Mischung aus Wald und Wiesenwegen und urwüchsiger Vegetation echt spannend. Der Schlussanstieg brachte den Kreislauf ein wenig auf Vordermann. Lieben Dank für diesen Geheimtipp.

    Eine schöne Runde am Ninglingspo - früh dort sein und eher direkt den Parkplatz dort nutzen... auf dem Rückweg empfehlen wir ab Quarreux dann einen anderen Verlauf. Wieder rechts in den Berg ziehen. Vor dem Ortseingang gibt tolle und einsame Pfade. Hat man die Anhöhen dann endlich erklommen, dann links halten und die Roches de Crahay miteinplanen. Die Runde bekommt so Felsen und tolle Panoramen dazu und rundet den Tag gut ab.

    21 t/m 23 juli 2023 deze route gelopen. Helaas overnacht in een jeugdherberg en bnb omdat de meeste campings dicht, vol of ver van de route zaten. Wildkamperen is voor ons geen optie helaas. Eerste stop was Stoumont, le Fagotin. Handig is dat je daar op elk moment kunt aankomen omdat je een deurcode krijgt. Tweede halte in Stavelot bij een oudere dame die de avond ervoor een flinke dosis wafels voor je bakt (Chambers Art de musique, Anne Maria). Prachtige route en helemaal kunnen lopen volgens de gpx. Je loopt op de meeste plekken in volle rust, met uitzondering van bijv Coo. Daar ben je ook zo weer doorheen.
