Trail runs in West Devon

The revised route incorporates most of the 12 mile route but drops down shy of Foggin tor and does not venture as far as Ingra Tor. Instead it veers left off the old railway line towards the B3212 and skirts the road (facing oncoming traffic) for about 2k. It then veers left off the road towards the plantation boundary and follows the Devonport leat, all the way back to the Discovery Centre.

Run or Walk across Dartmoor.A tough 30 mile (50 km) route across DartmoorThe route follows a combination of well trodden tracks, some minor paths and sections of open moorland. The 30km (challenge) takes the same route as the 50km from Postbridge.

The Noir is a 12 mile anti clockwise trail run on frosted paths, leatside footpaths, rocky trails and some open moorland, via Princetown from the Discovery Centre. It includes a 2 mile section along the old train line which drops down behind Ingra tor and returns via the Devonport Leat.

Devon Coast to Coast Ultra Marathon. Updated for 2026Starting in Wembury, in the beautiful South Hams, you will follow the 17 mile Erme-Plym Trail to Ivybridge where you will meet the Two Moors Way, a 100 mile waymarked trail from the South of Dartmoor to North of Exmoor where it meets the sea in Lynmouth.

The 2020 route starts and ends at Huccaby and hugs the river on the initial 8 mile loop through Babeny, instead of heading up towards Yartor.
