- Je daalt aan de bushalte ‘Fabiola’ Route de Chaussy af.
- Aan de bushalte ‘Les Esserts-Fontaine’ steek je Route des Esserts over en en je gaat Chemin des Mex in die langs moderne chalets loopt.
- Je blijft op deze weg die, net voor je het bos bereikt, een bocht maakt van 180°. Je loopt nu in de richting van Leysin en je komt uit in het gehucht Crettaz.
- Je kan hier de gevel uit 1666 bewonderen.
- Je gaat verder tot het nieuwe rondpunt Crettaz en daar neem je rechts de Route de Crettaz.
- Aan het kruispunt voorbij de boerderij draai je rechtsaf, dan ga je links en dan weer rechts. Zo kom je op Route d’Avoullion die je naar Route des Esserts brengt.
- Daar ga je rechts en via Route de Chaussy kom je bij hotel Fabiola.
