Oytal

The tour starts at the Oberstdorf House at Prinzregenten-Platz. First, it goes through the Kurpark and Oststrasse to the Nebelhornbahn valley station. Passing to the right, you cross the Mühlenbrücke after a short time. Immediately after, turn right into Grubenweg. Alongside the Trettach river, you pass the Jägerstand to a bridge towards Gruben. Just before the bridge, turn left onto Dr.-Hohenadel-Weg. Now, follow the wild stream of the Oybach upwards until you reach the road. Continuing to Oytalhaus, the Schneck from its broad side, the Himmelhorn with the famous and dangerous Rädlergrat, and the two Wilden, the Große and the Kleine, become visible. Over a gentle ascent, you go through avenues to Oytalhaus. Otherwise, after a cozy stop at Oytalhaus or a short rest, you initially return along the same path towards Oberstdorf. Passing Dr.-Hohenadel-Weg on the right, enjoy the panorama once again before returning to Oberstdorf via Kühberg. In the last meters, you pass the Erdringer Arena on the road and have the opportunity to briefly visit the stadium before returning to your accommodation or the tour's starting point.
