From St. Zyprian in the Tiers Valley up to the Niger Pass and the Messnerjoch
The winter hike to the Messnerjoch starts at Hotel Stefaner. Follow marker 7 to Tierserbach, then turn right and steadily ascend via trail no. 1A to the Niger Pass. Cross the road and continue on the forest road (marker 1) up to the Messnerjoch hut. Return to the Niger Pass and take the ski bus back.
