From poplars to the high bank loess cliff
We paddle from the Fűzfő Bay along the railway embankment, then under the Kenese high bank all the way to the Vak Bottyán beach
In this section, we leave the Fűzfő Bay and immediately paddle along the railway embankment all the way to Kenese. Meanwhile, the loess cliffs of Soós Hill rise towards us, dotted with rock pigeons, providing a home to numerous water birds. Our path is accompanied by many small bays and reeds before we reach Kenese, where we will find the beach after the harbor.
Author’s recommendation
The duration and difficulty of the paddling largely depend on the weather conditions. Sudden strong waves and/or wind can instantly turn a short and easy route into a long and difficult challenge.
